Dr. Roxane MacLellan is a diplomat of the American Veterinary Dental college. She specializes in advanced dentistry and oral surgery for animals. She is based in Colorado, however Dr. MacLellan has traveled to practices in Arizona, Minnesota and Wyoming! Dr. MacLellan provides advanced Veterinary dentistry procedures at the VCA Highlands Ranch Emergency and Specialty Center.
In addition to dentistry, she is certified in veterinary acupuncture. Dr MacLellan’s experience in dentistry and pain management allows her to incorporate a unique approach to providing the best possible care to your pet by screening for oral pathology and to provide services to address those issues.

Dr. MacLellan “Dr. Mac”, provides dentistry and oral surgery service for veterinary patients. Dr. MacLellan offers these services through the VCA Highlands Ranch Specialty & Emergency Center. Dr. MacLellan has lectured to numerous veterinary students and veterinarians. Hands on Dental radiography workshops are provided to local clinics by appointment, helping to educate your staff on how to easily take dental radiographs.

Dr. MacLellan provides full pet dentistry services along with oral surgery and currently offers her services at the VCA Highlands Ranch Specialty & Emergency Center. A thorough physical examination and history are required at the 1st visit. A consult with “Dr. Mac” is recommended if your pet is experiencing oral health problems, malocclusions, oral pain, stomatitis, or oral cancer. Dr. Mac offers full endodontic treatments (root canals, vital pulpotomies), and recommends full metal crowns for dogs.
